Armloads of Salvation

Psalm 130:1-7 “O Lord, from the depth of despair I cry for your help: Hear me! Answer! Help me! (Have you been there?)

Lord, if you keep in mind our sins then who can ever get an answer to his prayers? (No one!) BUT you forgive!  What an awesome thing this is!  That is why I wait expectantly, trusting God to help, for He has promised.  (Yes!) I long for him more than the sentinels long for the dawn. 

O Israel, hope in the Lord; for he is loving and kind, and comes to us with armloads of salvation.”

Sometimes, does it seem you just can’t get it right?  You try and fail.  You just need help.  But He forgives! That’s such great news.  And He comes to us with armloads of salvation!  That’s what we need – armloads of salvation!  When we have that, we don’t have to worry!  When we don’t get it right and repent and cry out to God, there are armloads of salvation available to those of us who love and put our trust in him.
