Lovingkindness and Peace

Have you ever thought about how hard it would be to move a mountain? It would be pretty much impossible!

In Isaiah 54:10 it says, “For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake, but my lovingkindness will not be removed from you…”

As impossible as it would be for the mountains to be moved, it’s even more impossible for God’s lovingkindness to be removed from us.

And then this same verse goes on to say, “My covenant of peace will not be shaken.”

I can’t think of a time in history when we have been in more need of God’s peace, than we are today. There are wars and strife and riots everywhere we look. But as God’s people, in the midst of it all, we can be assured of His lovingkindness and His covenant of peace!
