The Best News

“Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.”

Psalm 68:19

This is such a beautiful verse that brings us comfort. The fact that God daily bears our burdens is such an incredible thought!

If you are like me, I’m so thankful that God is with me to bear my burdens today, but I want to be sure about tomorrow. I’m a planner. I know we should take one step at a time and live one day at a time but still, I want to know about tomorrow, and the next day, and so on.

I love what Deuteronomy 31:8 says, “God, your God, is striding ahead of you. He’s right there with you. He won’t let you down; He won’t leave you.”

I’m so thankful God daily bears my burdens but I’m also grateful that He is ahead of me, leading the way. He will not let me down and He will never leave me!

And that is the best news we could ever have!
