Faith

As believers, there are so many things we pray and ask God for. I’m sure all of us have lists that are pretty long. And if we could see the answers to our prayers immediately, it would be so much easier!

2 Corinthians 5:12 says, “We know these things are true by believing, not by seeing.” And that is what faith is all about.

If you look up the word “faith” in the dictionary, it says faith is belief without proof. Proof is the evidence that establishes a fact.

So, what we are really looking for is the evidence that our prayers are being answered. But God has called us to walk in faith and to believe He is doing what He said He would do, even before we see the evidence or the answers to our prayers.

The question is, “Are we willing to believe without seeing?” My answer is “Yes!” I hope yours is as well.
