Don’t Stop! Keep Moving!

Recently, we have taken several trips, so we have been in and out of airports quite a lot. In coming back to Oklahoma City, there is an area that you have to pass through before you can pick up your luggage.

It’s a short hallway with two doors. One you enter and one you exit. But as soon as you enter, you hear a voice that says, “Don’t stop! Keep moving!”

I guess if you were to stop, you would be stuck in that hallway until someone came to let you out.

I was thinking how this could apply to our lives. Sometimes we stop and get stuck when we really should keep on moving!

Paul gives us this advice in Philippians 4:13-14: “…but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”

Whatever may have caused you to get “stuck,” I encourage you today to move past it! There may have been mistakes you have made in the past, but you can be assured that God still has an incredible plan for your life! He hasn’t given up on you, so don’t you give up!
