Be a Survivor!

There are so many distractions in our world today. There are so many things that can keep people from coming to Jesus and trusting in Him as their Savior.

When we do choose to accept Jesus, there are still things that can try and steal our joy and keep us from following Him as closely as we should. It seems like people are facing more trials and difficult situations than ever before.

In Matthew 10:22, Jesus said, “…He who stands firm to the end will be saved.” In other words, if you stand firm; if you are faithful, you will survive!

A survivor is someone who remains steadfast. It is someone who outlives or outlasts a difficult situation.

How do we remain steadfast through the storms of life? By reading God’s Word every day and by maintaining a constant prayer life. That means we pray about everything. And every day we put on the “armor of God.” (Ephesians, Chapter 6)

When we do all this, we will be a survivor!
