With God All Things Are Possible

In Matthew 18, the rich, young ruler is asking Jesus how to be saved. To the people who were listening in to the conversation, it seemed impossible.

They asked, “Who then can be saved?” Jesus replied, “What is impossible with men is possible with God.” Luke 18:26-27

I love the way the Message says it. “No chance at all,” Jesus said, “if you think you can pull it off by yourself. Every chance in the world if you trust God to do it.”

No one has ever said the Christian life would be easy. Sometimes we are trying too hard in our own strength. The key to living a victorious Christian life is to put our trust totally and completely in God. That means we rely on Him in confidence, knowing that He is the source of our strength!

If you are relying on your own strength today, I encourage you to put your complete trust and faith in the God who will never fail you!
