God, the Creator

Do you ever take time to reflect on all of God’s creation? We live in such a fast-paced and busy world! If you are like me, you always think you have time to do “just one more thing” before you leave the house in the morning.

Sometimes we need to take a deep breath and look at the beauty around us. Look at the beauty of the trees and the flowers blooming. Think about the vastness of the ocean and majesty of the mountains.

What about the beautiful sunset? There isn’t an artist anywhere who can do justice to the picture God paints in the sky night after night. The beauty is breathtaking!

One of the things I think is truly amazing is the birds. There are so many different kinds and variations. And how do the birds, with their tiny feet, balance themselves on a telephone wire? Only a creative God could make them able to do that!

Whatever “busyness” you have today, I encourage you to take a moment and reflect on the majesty, creativity and goodness of our God. He is truly an amazing Creator!
