God's Promises

Reading God’s Word is so important. I also think it’s important to memorize verses in the Bible. One of the verses I really love is Numbers 23:19. I memorized it in the King James Version, but I love how it reads in the New International Version.

“God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should change His mind. Does He speak and then not act? Does He promise and not fulfill?”

This is such a powerful reminder to us that God keeps His promises! Has God spoken something to your heart? Maybe there is something you have been praying about for a long time.

You may not have seen the answer to your prayer. And yet you felt God spoke to you that He had heard you and would answer your prayer! We don’t necessarily hear an audible voice, but it’s something we hear or feel in our spirit.

If you have been praying and waiting for an answer, be encouraged today! What God has promised you, He will fulfill! He is working even though we may not always see it. He is listening! He will answer your prayer!
