Missionaries

I have the deepest love and respect for missionaries! Some missionaries are single and some have families, but they all make sacrifices to leave their families in the states and give up many conveniences that we take for granted, so they can go and share the gospel around the world.

Now that I have a granddaughter involved in missions, my love for them is even stronger.

Proverbs 67:2 says, “That your ways may be known on earth, your salvation among all nations.”

We may not all be called to go overseas, but we are all called to give and to pray for our missionaries. And while we may not all leave our homes here in the United States, we are all called to make His ways known to our neighborhoods, our schools, our businesses, and our city. So, in that sense, we are all called to be missionaries! Let’s bring salvation to “our world,” wherever that may be.
