Be Strong, Do Not Fear

The definition of fear is “the anticipation of misfortune or pain or anxiety.” What are some things that cause you to be fearful or anxious? It could be a lack of finances, poor health, or maybe even a relationship that might be struggling.

If you are experiencing fear of any kind, I have great news for you!

Isaiah 35:3-4 reads like this: “Strengthen the feeble hands, steady the knees that give way; say to those with fearful hears, ‘Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, He will come with vengeance;….He will come to save you!’”

Think about it! Have you ever seen someone being bullied? You probably couldn’t wait to defend the innocent victim. That’s the way God feels about us! He is our Heavenly Father. And He is telling us to stand strong! Don’t be fearful! He is coming! He is on His way! And He will save you!

When you stop and realize that the God who created the universe is fighting for us, there is really nothing we have to fear!
