Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus

I woke up one morning and my first thoughts were the words of this old song:

Turn your eyes upon Jesus,

Look full in His wonderful face,

And the things of earth will go strangely dim,

In the light of His glory and grace.

Those words brought me so much comfort! I have never seen the world in such a state of chaos and utter confusion as it is now!

You may be experiencing chaos in your own family or within yourself. There can be trouble on every side. But it’s when we turn our eyes on Him that all the distractions and frustrations of this life will become less significant and less important.

It’s amazing how this works! When we focus our attention on the Lord, we experience the peace that only He can give!
