What Really Counts With God

Do you ever stop to think about what really matters to God? Obviously, we know our salvation is the most important thing. And after we have chosen to follow Jesus, we need to tell others about the love He has for them.

But what else really matters to God? Galatians 5:6 says, “The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.” That verse is so simple! So powerful! And yet so convicting!

Having faith in Jesus is so important, but how do we express our faith? Do we always show love, especially if we have been hurt? How we respond is so important!

This verse is a reminder that everything we do should be done in love. God really does care about how we respond to others. And we want to please our Heavenly Father! My prayer is, “Lord, help my faith to express itself through love.”
